Client Overview

McArthur River Mine is the world’s largest deposit of zinc and lead, about 970 kilometres south-east of Darwin in Australia’s Northern Territory. the operation includes an open cut mine and processing facilities. Zinc and lead is mined and processed at McArthur River Mine.

Scope of Work

This Scope of Works includes modifications to the existing infrastructure, along with the SMP and E&I supply and installation of a new Filtration Plant complete with all ancillary items.

Key components of the works include:

  • Structural steelwork, including platforms, walkways, and handrails
  • Supply, fabrication, and installation of process and utility pipework
  • Installation of tanks, pumps, chutes, and racks
  • Major equipment tie-ins
  • Completion of all E&I installation required for construction and tie-in activities
