At SIMPEC, supporting the next generation of our workforce is a priority. We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Electrical Group Training (EGT), the largest employer of electrical apprentices in Western Australia. Meet some of our future electricians: Eden, in his fourth year as an apprentice, is already on his second project with SIMPEC. Kai, a second-year apprentice and new to SIMPEC, says this is arguably the best project he has ever worked on! For SIMPEC, the ability to provide the opportunity for growth and hands-on experience while maintaining a safe, supportive culture for apprentices to thrive, is fundamental to both our company and the industry.
