SIMPEC hosted an RUOK Day BBQ with our team at our Tianqi Operations. This was to highlight and encourage our team to have those tough conversations. If we take the time to look out for the warning signs and ask if they’re okay, that builds trust. They might not open up the first time, but it's important to check back in. Showing that genuine care encourages people who are not doing okay to open up and say ‘hey, I’m not okay.'

Asking isn’t always easy, but it could change a life.
