SIMPEC sponsored a dinner at the Ronald McDonald House in Nedlands. The SIMPEC staff prepared and served dinner to approximately 150, being those families staying at RMH whilst their child is required to be in hospital - their home away from home at a time they need it the most.  After dinner was served, the team at SIMPEC were able to sit down and spend time getting to know some of the families. The SIMPEC chefs also received a tour of the extraordinary facilities at RMH. 'Home for Dinner' was such an enjoyable and rewarding experience, all whilst trying to make the lives of the RMH families that little bit easier.

Create memories with families at a time they need it the most.

A home cooked meal is often taken for granted and it’s for that reason SIMPEC took part in the “Home For Dinner” program that invites teams of friends, family members, work colleagues, teammates or community groups to cook a home cooked dinner for the families staying at Ronald McDonald House Nedlands.

Parents often return to the House after a long day by their child’s hospital bed and cooking a meal may be the last thing on their minds. That’s where we, as a community can step in and help,  by alleviating excess stress during a challenging time. By simply preparing a homemade dinner for the RMH families, it can be just the deep breath that is needed at the end of a tough day.

Cook with love and help families feel at home.
